JM De Guzman's Second Chances in All of Me

ABS-CBN's latest romantic drama masterpiece, All of Me, is the newest addition to the Kapamilya Gold block that highlights second chances at love with a twist in time.

The romantic drama teleserye revolves around Manuel, a 50-year-old man who defies time just to have his last shot at love after he transforms back to his younger self.

All of Me also marks Kapamilya actor JM De Guzman's major TV comeback after his breakthrough film, "That Thing Called Tadhana", earlier this year.

Undoubtedly one of the finest actors of his generation, JM has once again proven his acting prowess in All of Me. During the series' pilot week premiere held in SM Megamall Cinema 7 last August 24, JM had received nothing but praises and good words from the audience and from the media people.

After his downfall from a bad experience, JM gives ABS-CBN and the televiewers obvious reasons why he deserves a second chance. With JM's natural acting skills showing raw emotions and moving expressions, undeniable good looks and mass appeal, he is definitely worthy of another lead role in a teleserye.

JM feels grateful for the continuous trust that the ABS-CBN management has given him despite his past failure, and also acknowledges the unconditional support he gets from his family, friends, and of course, his girlfriend, Kapamilya actress, Jessy Mendiola. He said, these are the people who really inspire him to do his best, and challenge him to once again prove his talent and self-worth.

Everyone is entitled to have second chances, but not everyone deserves it. And evidently, with the impressive mindset, right attitude, unquestionable talent and overflowing support, JM De Guzman deserves his second chance.

Joining JM in the teleserye are Albert Martinez, Arron Villaflor, and rising young actress, Yen Santos, who will be doing her first daring role as JM's love interest.

Albert Martinez certainly still has his heartthrob appeal. Even at his age, he is still able to draw kilig from the audience. His performance is outstanding, as usual, and unexpectedly gives a good loveteam feel on his pairing with young actress Yen.

Yen Santos is truly a revelation in All of Me as the sweet and optimistic Lena - a lady who always tends to be honest to herself and to others. Yen is so impressive in the series. She reveals she was quite pressured and nervous when she found out about her romantic scenes with Albert Martinez. She felt fortunate to have been given the project and was so thankful to get to work with Albert and JM, who she thinks, are the best actors of their own generations.

In the story, Manuel (Albert Martinez), a devoted doctor, decides to leave his flourishing career behind by living in an island after his wife dies. He meets Lena (Yen Santos), a young woman who boldly challenges him to embrace life again and despite the age gap, they find themselves in love.

During their honeymoon in the island, a hired killer tries to kill Manuel, but he escapes death when he stumbles upon a magic portal that transforms him back to his younger self. Now, a younger Manuel (JM De Guzman), who discovers that time has advanced, faces another challenge in his life - to seek revenge and win back Lena, who is now happily married to his former protege, Dr. Henry Nieves (Arron Villaflor), or forget entirely and start a brand new chapter of his life.

How far will Manuel be willing to go for his true love?

Directed by Dondon S. Santos, All of Me is the highly anticipated teleserye that shows viewers love's great power in pushing boundaries and even defying time.

The upcoming series will also feature Angel Aquino, Ina Raymundo and MJ Lastimosa in very special roles with Neri Naig, Ana Capri, Micah Munoz, Jordan Herrera, Sue Ann Ramirez, Akira Morishita and Dentrix Ponce.
Arron Villaflor plays Manuel's former protege.
Ana Capri is the loving mother of Lena, played by Yen Santos.

Neri Naig plays Yen's supportive best friend.
Micah Munoz plays Neri' and Yen's childhood friend.
The fresh tandem of JM and Yen.
JM and Dentrix Ponce.
